SUSIE CLARK

Principal
Susie Clark serves as Principal and has dedicated over 41 years to Christian education, including nine years at Kissimmee Christian Academy. Her experience includes classroom instruction as well as leadership responsibilities that support academic excellence and spiritual development. She is passionate about helping students recognize their God-given strengths while fostering growth academically, spiritually, and emotionally. Susie is committed to building a Christ-centered school community where students, families, and staff are encouraged to thrive.

BRIAN DAVIS

Vice Principal
Brian Davis serves as Vice Principal and Sixth Grade Homeroom Teacher at Kissimmee Christian Academy and holds a Master of Arts in Teaching. With nearly 3 decades of experience in Christian education, including seven years at KCA, he is dedicated to developing students academically while strengthening their faith. His leadership supports academic excellence, critical thinking, and Christ-centered character development. Brian is passionate about preparing students to serve God and others through both education and leadership.

KRISTIN SCHROEDER

Preschool Director & PreK-4 Teacher
Kristin Schroeder serves as Preschool Director and PreK-4 Teacher at Kissimmee Christian Academy with over 30 years of experience in Christian preschool education. She is dedicated to sharing Christ’s love through structured early childhood instruction that promotes both academic readiness and spiritual development. Her leadership supports a nurturing and organized learning environment for young learners. Kristin is passionate about helping children develop strong educational and biblical foundations.

JAZMIN GLISZCZYNSKI

PreK-3 Teacher
Jazmin Gliszczynski serves as the PreK-3 Teacher at Kissimmee Christian Academy. She began her career at KCA as a teacher assistant in 2021 and transitioned into her teaching role in 2025. Her classroom experience supports early childhood academic readiness through structured and engaging instruction. Jazmin is passionate about nurturing young learners and encouraging curiosity, confidence, and Christ-centered character development.

BERNICE PEREZ

Kindergarten Teacher
Bernice Perez serves as the Kindergarten Teacher with over 21 years of experience in Christian education, including 16 years teaching kindergarten. She has completed specialized certification and training in the Abeka curriculum and holds a Registered Behavior Technician certification, equipping her with strong instructional and behavioral support strategies. Her teaching philosophy integrates biblical principles into daily instruction while fostering a structured and nurturing learning environment. Bernice is passionate about helping young learners build a strong academic and spiritual foundation.

SONIA PASTORIZA

1st Grade Teacher
Sonia Pastoriza serves as the First Grade Teacher with over 30 years of experience in education across Puerto Rico and Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and maintains certifications in Preschool Education, Elementary Education, and Spanish instruction through ACSI. She has completed Abeka curriculum training and earned continuing education units through professional development seminars. Sonia is passionate about supporting academic success while nurturing spiritual growth through Christ-centered education.

ADIARIS SANTIAGO

1st Grade Teacher
Adiaris Santiago serves as the First Grade Teacher at Kissimmee Christian Academy with eight years of experience in Christian education. She integrates core academic subjects with biblical principles that promote character development and lifelong learning. Her teaching reflects a strong commitment to equipping young learners with foundational academic skills in a nurturing environment. Adiaris is passionate about guiding students in both knowledge and faith as they grow academically and spiritually. LYDIA PEREIRA

2nd Grade Teacher
Lydia Pereira serves as the Second Grade Teacher with over 18 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Labor Relations from the University of Puerto Rico and maintains a Child Development Associate credential. She has received training in the Abeka curriculum as well as CPR and First Aid certification. Lydia is passionate about creating a caring Christ-centered classroom that encourages academic success and spiritual growth.

RACHEL MISCH

2nd Grade Teacher
Rachel Misch serves as the Second Grade Teacher and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Children’s Ministry with an emphasis in daycare and preschool, along with a minor in Bible. She previously served as a Children’s Minister for seven years and has experience working with students ranging from preschool through eighth grade. Her background supports both academic instruction and spiritual formation. Rachel is passionate about helping students grow in their knowledge of God while developing strong academic foundations.

MILDRED VALDES

3rd Grade Teacher
Mildred Valdes serves as the Third Grade Teacher with over 25 years of experience in education working with students from preschool through fifth grade. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and completes ongoing professional development through Abeka curriculum training. Her teaching emphasizes academic growth, life skills, and spiritual development within a Christ-centered classroom. Mildred is passionate about guiding students as they grow academically and strengthen their faith.

LESLEY RODRIGUEZ

4th Grade Teacher
Lesley Rodriguez serves as the Fourth Grade Teacher and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. She has completed over three years of Abeka curriculum training and has experience supporting student learning through small-group instruction in reading and mathematics. Her teaching approach promotes academic achievement and Christian character development. Lesley is passionate about helping students grow academically, spiritually, and socially in a Christ-centered environment. EVELYN SANTIAGO

4th Grade Teacher
Evelyn Santiago serves as the Fourth Grade Teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida. With nine years of teaching experience, she specializes in creating engaging and interactive lessons that strengthen student understanding and participation. She integrates technology and structured review strategies to reinforce academic concepts and comprehension. Evelyn is passionate about building student confidence while encouraging Christ-centered character development.

MILDREY RAMOS

5th Grade Teacher
Mildrey Ramos serves as the Fifth Grade Teacher and holds a Master’s degree in Education. With more than 20 years of teaching experience across elementary through high school grade levels, she brings strong instructional knowledge and classroom leadership. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to Christian education and continued spiritual growth. Mildrey is passionate about equipping students academically while encouraging faith-based character development.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Kissimmee Christian Academy uses a collaborative middle school teaching model designed to provide students with strong academic preparation and consistent support during these important developmental years. Each grade level (6th–8th) is assigned a homeroom teacher who serves as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing guidance, encouragement, and oversight of student progress.At the same time, middle school teachers rotate by subject area, allowing students to benefit from each teacher’s strengths, experience, and instructional expertise. This team-based approach helps ensure that students receive well-rounded instruction, consistent expectations, and a supportive learning environment.In addition to academic excellence, our middle school program emphasizes critical thinking, responsibility, collaboration, and spiritual growth. Teachers intentionally integrate a Biblical worldview into instruction, encouraging students to grow in knowledge, character, and faith as they prepare for high school and beyond.

Lance Spencer serves as the Seventh Grade Homeroom Teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership from Florida Christian College. His background includes leadership development and service shaped by both academic preparation and military experience in the United States Navy. He is committed to supporting students academically while encouraging responsibility, character, and servant leadership. Lance is passionate about helping students grow spiritually and intellectually in a Christ-centered environment.

Meghan Cierach serves as the Eighth Grade Teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in History. She brings 16 years of teaching experience, including six years supporting students with special needs.
